i liked the room it was spacious with a comfortable bed. the hotel offered a coffee machine in the room for my morning coffee. i appreciated the helpful staff at reception because they quickly addressed my questions. the rooftop bar provided excellent cocktails with a surprisingly good jazz band.
the elevators seemed slow at times and i experienced longer waits during peak hours. it wasnt a huge problem, but noticeable.

The room was lovely AND spacious. It had many nice touches, like a hairdryer. The housekeeping replenished treats each evening. There were creams and chocolates, very nice!

The location was convenient. I could easily walk to many shops and restaurants. the staff was very helpful, especially sebastian at the bar. He made lovely cocktails. breakfast offered a great choice of items.
the check-in process was a bit slow, i had to wait longer than expected. also, i noticed a lack of attentiveness to non-spanish guests. there seemed to be preferential treatment towards locals, especially at the rooftop bar.

the room was spacious it had comfortable bed and pillows i received chocolates in the room upon arrival. the staff was friendly and helpful the location allowed easy access to local attractions. i found the hotel to be very clean
the check-in process was slow i had to wait for my turn despite having my documents ready. there was no water in the room upon my arrival which was inconvenient after a long journey. i also found a used coffee capsule in the coffee machine the next morning

The hotel had a great location near the metro station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was well-equipped and included several thoughtful touches, a welcome drink, chocolates, and even champagne upon our return one evening. Everything felt really special.

Staff offered assistance with taxis and directions with puntual attitude. Reception personnel spoke multiple languages , made communication smooth and accessible. I felt very welcome and well cared for . The team was very attentive.
